YOUTH SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICES
Clinical support is provided by Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau to nurses who deliver free healthcare for youth in school based health services in the district. Services in decile 1-5 schools are funded and provide free, confidential, accessible, youth-friendly healthcare.
Youth School Health Services collaborate with students, families/whaanau, school staff and secondary health services to best meet the health and wellbeing needs of students. School staff involved in the wellbeing of students may include Guidance Counsellors, Social Workers, Youth Workers, Attendance Officers, Members of the Senior Leadership Team, Deans, Teachers, and Teacher Aides.
Health services range between schools and include physical, mental, emotional and social assessment and intervention. There are a range of other health services that provide healthcare in some schools, these may include General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner services, Contraception and Sexual Health, Physiotherapy, Alcohol and Other Drug services, Mental Health services, District Nursing services, among others.

YOUTHLINE DROP IN CLINIC
The Youth Contraception and Sexual Health Service provide a drop in clinc at Youthline Papatoetoe (145 Saint George Street) from 9-12 each Thursday. Please contact Kerrie for further information.
PUKEKOHE DROP IN CLINIC
The Youth Contraception and Sexual Health Service provide a drop in clinc at Franklin Family Support Services (205 King Street, Pukekohe) from 9-12 each Tuesday. Please contact Brenda for further information.
