You can now cancel any room bookings through your online booking account, however should you no longer require your meeting room on the day of, notification must be submitted in writing to koawateabookings.generic@middlemore.co.nz, alternatively you can contact the Team directly on ext. 59681 giving as much notice as possible.
Equipment and facilities available:
Any lost/non-returned AV equipment, or for damaged equipment through negligence, the Ko Awatea Centre Management Office reserve the right to on charge the cost of replacement, at a minimum charge of $200.
As the Ko Awatea Centre is situated within the hospital, it operates a strict no-alcohol policy. Please do not bring any alcohol into the building.
There are limited carparks at Middlemore Hospital. Please consider using public transport.
Parking is charged by the hour at Middlemore Hospital. If driving, please car share where possible.
The closest carpark to the Ko Awatea Centre is Carpark 4.
The bus stop and train station are located outside the Galbraith Building entrance of the hospital, which is on Hospital Road. Once in the main entrance, follow the Rainbow Corridor to the Ko Awatea Centre, using the wayfinding boards for directions.

Counties Manukau Health has a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the facility or grounds. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in you being escorted from the site.
