I write in response to your Official Information Act request, dated 27 May 2019. You requested the following information:
•Copies of any documents, reports, reviews and memoranda produced by the MaternityStrategic Workforce and Capacity Planning Group, including any Reviews presented to theExecutive Leadership team, with recommendations for changes.
•Copies of any documents, reports, memoranda and correspondence that addressed thereasons for setting up the Maternity Strategic Workforce and Capacity Planning Group.
•A copy of the proposal for a new Day Assessment Clinic that was approved by the ExecutiveLeadership Team.
o For your information, this OIA request has been lodged in regards to events and follow-upactions reported in the Serious Adverse Events Report 2017-2018.
