Community Pharmacy Contract - cost of consultation

I write in response to your Official Information Act request dated 05 June 2018. You requested the following information:

 a break down on how much money each DHB spent on rolling out the consultation period with the pharmacy sector for the Integrated Pharmacist Services in the Community Agreement this year.

• I am requesting the dollar figure spent within each DHB on staff flights, accommodation, staff travel allowance, venue hire, catering, marketing, PR strategy, video etc - basically all the costs involved in rolling out the new contract and the consultation period.
