I write in response to your Official Information Act request, dated 28 November 2018, which we received via a partial transfer from the Ministry of Health on 06 December, under section 14 of the Act. They transferred the following 2 parts of your request for information to all District Health Boards:
• Any District Health Board Seismic Reports for 2018
• Any information related to non-structural seismic restraints provided by DHBs.
