This is an Official Information Act request for all documents or reports, including emails or correspondence around proposals for funding or support, between the Ngā Hau Māngere Birthing Centre and the Counties Manukau District Health Board since the birthing centre was first proposed.
2. I also request any internal reports or reviews into the Ngā Hau Māngere Birthing Centre, it's performance, funding or approaches by it's staff or owners, in the same time frame.
