I write in response to your Official Information Act request received by us by way of transfer from the Ministry of Health (Ref: H202008044) on the 6th November 2020. You requested the following information:
"Could you please answer how many DHB Board members have Pacific heritage, and how many DHB Board Chairs have Pacific heritage? Pacific heritage in this regard is defined as self-identification as having any Pacific heritage."
